First Tee

This site is maintained by a golf purist.  All reviews are from the back tees end of discussion.   Understand this is a gentlemans game and one of honor.  That’s not a mulligan……you are hitting 3 from the tee or dropping at the point of entry. Take your pick.  Gimmees?  I would not give myself nor my mother the putt so take an extra second if you need it, I will wait.  Fix that divots or is that the starting point of your epic dig to the great country of China.  Double check to make sure you have a divot tool and don’t make me beg .  Shut your donut hole on the tee and don’t stand behind me.  Thanks for not walking in my line with your size 13′s pal I really appreciate it.  If your up by 4 strokes we do not secretly wish for you to the shank the ball in the woods because that is the best way for our ball to end up right  next to yours.  We want to beat you not have you beat yourself. I want to make birdie when you make par.   A good shot is good shot whether you are playing for  $1 or  $10,000,000 (fed ex cup style) .We encourage not discourage. Let this site help you shoot your best score and achieve your goals through this wonderful game. This game is pure and I hope your thoughts and actions will be on the links and towards yourself and  your fellow golfers.  Not only will you learn about this game hopefully you will learn something about yourself.  Play everyday and Hit’em straight or with a slight draw.
